TAI-HAO SAKURA MICHI PBT BACKLIT KEYCAP SET

Sakura Michi features 140 shine-through keycaps, shaped in OEM profile, they are also compatible with Cherry MX switches and clones to fit most keyboards. Like all TaiHao PBT sets, this set is of good quality and has lovely caps with a standard PBT chalky feel.

Packaging is decent, but keycaps were everywhere, not in their little slots when I opened the box.

My only real negative is that the texture will catch dirt and grime fairly easily. Other than that, the letters that light through are better than expected.

Astrolokeys DSA ASTROLOKEYS KEYCAPS BY SAILORHG & CASSIDOO

 

This is a phenomenal set of DSA profile keys, with great pastel coloration and bold, easily readable legends. The novelties and ortho kits look great, and the standard key legends are of excellent quality.

I love that they're always available for those who miss out or simply can't wait for group buys, but the packaging needs improvement because they just came in ziplock bags). the textured caps means that it can get dirty and yellowed quite easily too, but they're easy to clean. I was pleased with the fitment of the spacebar and larger keys. No stress on the spacebar so no binding and sluggish feel. The profile is extremely comfortable if you like low and uniform keys. The quality of the ABS print is relatively consistent on these. The base kit comes with a whopping 104 keys and represents all signs in the Zodiac, so you don’t have to mix and match different kits to fit a full-size keyboard.

NPKC GRADIENT PBT DOUBLESHOT SIDE-LIT KEYCAP SET

 

The texture of the keycaps is amazing, the color gradient is subtle and beautiful, the font is a little bit gamey but it checks out. Like many side-lit keycaps using them with a north-facing board makes the legends way too dim, so be sure your board has a south-facing backlight. And backlight is always on obligatory with these keycaps, if there's no light it's super hard to see the legends because of the colors of the PBT.

Also, you'll only be able to use it in a board with standard keycaps sizes, as it doesn’t come with any fancy 7U spacebar, 1u R1 keys, or size-reduced right shift. The only problem is the space bar is a little twisted, when I tap on one side, the other side can get loose, so I have to add some paper to make the right part stay still. They're great for beginners that want to throw a nice gradient on their keyboards!

ARTIFACT BLOOM SERIES KEYCAP SET: RAINBOW

I wasn't a fan of the idea at first but when they arrived I had to admit that they look better in person. A decent set of keycaps with plenty of options to switch keycaps around. They don't feel cheap like most smooth ABS keycaps. However one negative is that the keycaps fit very tight, which is great for minimizing keycap wobble, and it's not too bad for the single-unit keys. However, for larger keys (especially the spacebar) there will be worried about crushing/snapping your switch while installing.

If you are not interested in switching your keycaps very often, then purchase them, also these keycaps scratch somewhat easily, please try to be careful with them. Still an amazingly good-looking set.

TAI-HAO PARADISE BACKLIT KEYCAP SET

The caps look very nice, and the lighting is a lot brighter than the black keys caps. The texture is rougher compared to the original which I like but need to get used to. As some other reviews say, the part where the letters are is a bit thin so the light does pass through in an awkward rectangular form, but it can easily be ignored. Good quality and let's hope these last long which they should. The package came with an extra rubber "7" key.

This item has a nice level of smooth accent keys and slightly rough feeling alpha keys give a nice grip almost. Shine goes through the characters and there are no signs of bleed-through with the set. I like the pale yellow and lavender of the Mermaid's Kiss colorway.

There is a slight noticeable rectangular section on my question mark and backslash keys which I'm assuming is part of what allows the light to shine through the legends, but it's not so bad. Great looking and great feeling keycaps.
