• Our ceramic keycaps showcase a variety of colors and glazes, but due to the high-temperature firing process and handcrafted nature, minor imperfections such as small black spots, unevenness, and rough edges may occur. These differences are not considered defects or quality issues, but shouldn't impact functionality.

• Our Crazed keycaps feature a thicker glaze for the signature "crazed" effect, protected by a UV coating. This design may result in some keycaps appearing and feeling slightly thicker, which is a normal characteristic that enhances their uniqueness.

• For optimal performance, we recommend using our keycaps with south-facing PCBs, Cerakeys are Cherry profile keycaps that may experience interference with north-facing PCBs. Issues from using our keycaps with north-facing PCBs are not covered under warranty.
