SHIPPING TIME

As soon as you place your order on the website, our goal is to send it out within 48 working hours. It’s not a guarantee, but it is our goal to process and ship your order out as fast as possible. Whenever there is a big batch for sale, it will usually take at least 5 ~ 7 working days to get your order shipped. (except holidays)

The estimated delivery time is within 14 working days. However, the time may vary depending on your geographic location, availability, local carrier efficiency, weather conditions, and customs inspections.

SHIPPING COMPANY

We will be using 4PX Tracking to ship your Cerakeys. For most shipments they will take care of the first part of the journey and local couriers will take over when the package arrives in your country. The reason for choosing 4px is that they have a one-stop solution for international shipping, they also cover Customs duties for customers in most countries. However, it also depends on your country's custom laws and regulations.

CUSTOM DECLARATION

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine whether there will be additional costs incurred on your orders. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees according to your country’s laws, regulations, and restriction. Cerakey is not responsible for any fees associated with import and any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Cerakey cannot predict the value of these charges. It's up to the customer to read about their country's import rules and fees.
