WARRANTY POLICY

Products purchased from Cerakey will have a 1 year warranty period after receiving the order. If anything goes wrong with your products during the warranty period, we will offer free replacements for defective items. Please check the following warranty details:

Keycaps

  • Initial Issues: If you notice any problems with your keycaps when you receive your order. Such as missing keycaps, damage, warping, uneven glaze or legends, or incorrect height, you must contact us within 21 days of delivery to arrange for replacements.
  • Usage Issues: For issues arising from normal use, such as fading legends or broken stems/keycaps, we offer a complimentary replacement service for 1 year from the date you receive your order.
  • Ceramic Keycaps: The ceramic keycaps included with the keyboard are covered by the same warranty policy as our keycap sets.
Keyboard:
  • Arrival Damage: If your keyboard arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order number and proof of the item's condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
  • Electrical and Functional Issues: The keyboard comes with a 12-month maintenance service provided by the factory for any electrical or functional problems, starting from the date you receive the product.
Warranty Exclusions
We do not cover the following situations:
  • Owner-Induced Damage: Damage caused by attempting to fix or alter the product yourself.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Natural Depreciation: Wear and tear that occurs naturally over time.
  • ( Please note that opening or tampering with the keyboard will void the warranty. To ensure your warranty remains valid, we recommend contacting our support team before attempting any repairs or modifications.)
